I was very tired last night as I missed my nap yesterday, but I still waited until just before 1:00 to go to bed.
When I got into my bed I fell asleep straight away, and this morning when I woke up I could have easily slept for another couple of hours.

I fell asleep again without even realising it and woke up 10 minutes later.

Today I would say I felt less tired in the afternoon than I did yesterday, but as 4:00 came around I started to really feel like I needed to take my nap.
When I got in from work I went straight to bed and fell asleep within minutes. I think I woke up 5 minutes before my alarm at 5:55 and looked at the clock, and decided to continue sleeping until it went off.
I felt refreshed after my nap with no grogginess.
