Last night I was really tired and fell asleep quickly. I woke up around 6:40am, and was going to get up, but then a moment passed and it was 7:15am already.
When I woke up I felt like I'd slept too much.

I went for a nap in my bedroom and woke up naturally after about 45 minutes. I felt like I could have gone back to sleep if I'd have wanted, but I didn't want to waste the day.
