Last night it took me a little while to fall asleep, but not enough for me to record it on the chart.
I set my alarm for 6:00am, but I accidentally put it on vibrate mode without the vibrating attachment plugged in. I opened my eyes at 6:15am and noticed it flashing and got up.

Yesterday my Dad and step mum came to visit from Spain and we ate out at lunch time in a pub (The Granta). The food was surprisingly good and I had a few beers, but I didn't get to have a nap and I was quite tired by the end of the day.
I laid down on the sofa and shut my eyes for a few minutes multiple times in the evening, and I felt pretty drowsy, but I didn't actually sleep. When I did finally go to bed I fell asleep in a very short space of time and slept through the night.
I set my alarm for 6:00am as we are heading off to my mum's today.
