Last night I began to feel a little sleepy around 9pm, and by 10:30 I was definitely ready for sleep. I went to bed and fell asleep easily and quickly, and slept through solidly until 4:10am this morning when I woke up naturally from a dream.

It looks like my random sleep yesterday hasn't affected my sleeping pattern too much!

Football

I only remember 1 fragment of this dream:

I am walking across a football pitch, similar to a school field, and my friends are there playing football. They pass the ball to me and expect me to play.

I run with the ball and easily get past everyone. I am nervous about playing but am surprised how easily I can get the ball past everyone. I kick the ball really slowly and it rolls into the goal.

I look up at my friends and they are all annoyed and then they say "Well done. Why did you just score an own goal?" I feel embarrassed but argue that I didn't ask to play in the first place!

This week I have a course in London so I am going to be staying with Yu Lee's mum from today until Thursday.

We arrived in London this morning and went to Wood Green to get food, and afterwards I ate and went for my nap. I felt a bit tied but I wasn't sure if I would sleep easily as I normally don't sleep quite as well when I am away from home (although if I am away Yu Lee's mum's house is probably the best place to nap!), but in the end I fell asleep in about 5 minutes and slept for quite a long time!

When I woke up I thought I'd only been asleep for a short while so I was surprised when I looked at the clock and saw how late it was. I woke from a dream and felt super refreshed. I'm not sure if I will be able to nap this week as I will be getting home late...

Last night I started to feel tired around 9:30 which was surprising because I'd had such a long nap. I stayed up until 10:30 and when I did go to bed I fell asleep very quickly.

I remember waking up from a dream around midnight but I don't remember the dream any more. I got back to sleep easily and slept through until my alarm at 4:30.

When my alarm went off I still felt quite tired. I thought I would probably wake up naturally around 4:00 but I felt like I could have slept longer. I hope I don't feel too sleepy during my course today!
