Last night I was actually pretty tired when I went to bed. Just as I was starting to nod off I started to feel like I needed to go to the toilet, but I thought "just forget about it and go to sleep." After that I dozed for a while, but in the end I couldn't properly fall asleep so I had to get up and go to the bathroom.
I set my alarm for 6:30am but when it went off I set an alarm for 7:00am and went back to bed. Then I snoozed my alarm a couple of times before turning it off.
Still, I had a lovely lay in, and I guess I must have needed to catch up on some sleep.
