Last night I fell asleep quickly, and woke up from a dream at 2:00am. I remembered the dream very clearly at the time but I don't remember it at all now.
I got back to sleep easily and slept through until the alarm at 6:30am.

Today I really needed my nap, but Zen and Jo were still here and we wanted to go skating afterwards, so I set my alarm for 2:10pm when I went to bed.
I fell asleep quickly and woke up naturally a while later. I opened my eyes and looked at the clock and it said 2:10pm, and I realised that although I'd set the alarm, I'd forgotten to actually turn it on! Somehow I managed to wake up at exactly the time when the alarm was due to go off though.
