This chart shows my sleep pattern - the coloured blocks represent times that I am asleep.
This chart just show my sleeps for 18/02/2013.
Total time slept: 6:55 hours
Details:
Sleep 1
23:28 to 04:59
(5:30 hours)
Last night I went to bed at around 11:00, but to be honest I should have probably stayed up a little longer. I was mainly thinking about how long I would have to sleep rather than how tired I felt.
It took me a little while to fall asleep, and I think this may have been because I had a cup of tea after my nap at about 9:00pm. I am pretty sure it was the caffeine because I felt a bit restless and I find that it affects the way that I think while I am trying to get to sleep.
I set my alarm for 5:00am this morning which is probably going to be the time I get up each morning as 4:30am is a little on the early side. I feel a little bit tired now but hopefully that means I will be able to nap after work and my sleeping pattern will be back to normal.
Sleep 2
16:19 to 16:52
(0:32 hours)
I didn't sleep at all
(no comment)
Sleep 3
16:52 to 17:42
(0:49 hours)
I know for sure that I didn't sleep for the first 32 minutes as I reset the timer after that time, but I did feel nice and relaxed. After that it is difficult to be 100% sure what happened!
I don't remember falling asleep. I don't remember waking up. When I opened my eyes and checked the time I felt more alert, but not 100% refreshed, and it felt like less time after I reset the timer than before, so I guess I must have slept!
These kinds of naps are no where near as good as the kind I used to have though and I don't understand what has changed. I felt really sleepy all afternoon at work...
Sleep 4
22:31 to 22:53
(0:22 hours)
I didn't sleep at all
(no comment)
Sleep 5
22:53 to 05:08
(6:14 hours)
Last night it took me about 25 minutes to fall asleep, which probably means I went to bed a bit early. Once again this was because I wanted to go to bed at the same time as Yu Lee.
I slept solidly through the night and woke up from a dream, although I don't remember anything about the dream now.
