This nap was much longer than intended. I set my alarm for 1 hour, snoozed it for 10 minutes, then turned it off and went back to sleep. Yu Lee came up an hour after that and woke me up.
I think I've been cutting back on sleep a little too much and needed to catch up a bit. It feels a lot better to catch up at nap time than in the morning though!
