Last night I went to sleep a little later than usual and fell asleep in about 10 - 15 minutes. I slept through the night, turned off both alarms and then laid in bed for a while before getting up. I had a bit of a lay in!

For today's nap I felt quite sleepy beforehand, but when I got in bed I was still a little bit excited from playing games. It took me about 10 minutes to fall asleep, and I thought about giving up, but I'm glad I stayed in bed because I had a pretty good sleep. I think I woke up once before the end, but when my alarm went off I was fast asleep.
