Last night I started to feel sleepy around 11:30pm, but Yu Lee wasn't back yet so I waited up. She got back around midnight but I was in the middle of making a cup of rooibos, so I finished that before heading up to bed.
It took me a little while to fall asleep but not too long. I slept through the night and was starving when my alarm went off this morning.

I spent most of my Sunday morning working and got quite a lot done. By 1:00pm I was pretty tired so I headed off to bed.
I think it took me around 5 - 10 minutes to drift off, and I set my alarm for just under 2 hours. When the alarm went off I didn't feel so tired but I still laid in bed for 5 minutes before getting up.
