Well it looks like my sleeping pattern is messed up!
I went to bed at 11:00pm last night and fell asleep quickly. I was exhausted, and had felt tired all day. As I'd missed my nap yesterday I ended up sleeping for 7.5 hours and now I actually feel pretty horrible.
Tomorrow morning I need to make the effort to get up early again because I really hate the feeling of sleeping for so long and then feeling tired all day.
