Last night it was about 1:30am when we went to bed and I felt exhausted. It still took me about 15 minutes to fall asleep, but once I did I slept really well.

I set an alarm for 7:00am and 7:30am this morning, and after the second one went off I still fell asleep for another 15 minutes.

My plan of sleeping extra so I wouldn't have to nap yesterday didn't really work so I'll try and find time for a nap today...
