Last night I reset the timer after just over 10 minutes. After that I fell asleep quickly and slept through until 5:00am when I woke up naturally.
I probably should have gotten up when I woke up but I have got really lazy recently! I ended up going back to sleep and sleeping for 1.5 hours before getting up at 6:30am. This felt like plenty of sleep.
