I arrived in Spain at 2:20 local time which is 1:20 UK time. My sleep logs are still going to be in UK time. When I got to bed it was about 5am and the cocks were already crowing! I was knackered and fell straight asleep. I set an alarm as I would have slept all day otherwise.
