Last night I went out for a language exchange, and when I got back I had a cup of Rooibos and went to bed. It took me about 20 minutes to fall asleep, probably because it was a bit earlier than usual.

I slept solidly through the night and woke up at 4:30am to my alarm clock. After my alarm went off I dozed off again for about 15 minutes before getting up.

Hopefully this means my body clock is now set to British Summer Time!
