Last night I felt pretty tired again all evening, probably due to not sleeping for my nap. By the time 10:00pm came around I was definitely ready to go to sleep and when I went to bed I was asleep in a few minutes.

This morning I set my alarm for 5:15am, and I slept through solidly until my alarm went off. When I woke up I was dreaming, but I have no recollection of what I was dreaming about. I also feel a little groggy, like I've slept too long.
