I slept for my nap in the bedroom again. When I woke up, I wasn't even sure if I'd been asleep, and the only way I knew I'd slept properly was that 40 minutes had passed and felt like more like 10.

I didn't have any sleep inertia, and could have easily gotten up, but I'd been tired and wanted to get a decent amount of sleep and was frustrated with having such a short nap. After recording the end of my sleep I thought I'd just lay there for a bit and see if I fell back to sleep...
