After I woke up I laid in bed for a few minutes to remember the details of my dream and then wrote some notes. I got up and went to the toilet and then came back to bed after about 15 minutes of being awake.
Once I'd settled back down again I fell asleep in a couple of minutes and then woke up at 4:30am from my alarm.
I set my alarm earlier than usual because I went to bed quite early, and I didn't want to sleep too much. Hopefully this will improve the quality of my nap tomorrow. I think I generally need about 5.5 - 6 hours from my nighttime sleep, so I didn't want to end up sleeping more than that.
