I set an alarm for just under 2 hours for this nap as I didn't get a huge amount of sleep last night. It took me a little while, maybe 15 minutes to fall asleep, but once I was asleep I slept deeply.

I snoozed the alarm and then turned it off. When I woke up I'd been in bed for about 3 hours.
