Last night I fell asleep quickly and slept for a couple of hours before waking up naturally at 3:30am. At this point I was wide awake and it felt like I'd just had a great nap.
I had a drink of water and laid in bed for a few minutes until I got back to sleep: it wasn't a long time but I definitely felt like I could have gotten up.
After that I slept through the rest of the night without waking.
