Last night I wanted to go to bed a bit earlier, partly because I felt exhausted all day and partly because I wanted to shift my sleeping pattern.
It took me a while to fall asleep, but once I was asleep I slept through the night. I woke up to my alarm at 6:00am and got up easily, although I still feel a little bit sleepy now.
I'm happy to say that last night was a lot more pleasant than the night before!
