Last night Yu Lee was out with her friends, and I got tired before she came home and went to bed. When she's out I always find it hard to sleep because I know she will come back and disturb me, and when I did finally fall asleep she came home and I woke up. I must have still been sleeping very lightly because the noise of the front door opening was enough to wake me.

When she came to bed she was still very alert and hadn't had a chance to wind down, so I ended up waking up for a while until she got settled.

I remember waking a few times in the morning and thinking "shall I get up now?" but I'm not 100% sure that that actually happened and wasn't a dream. The last time I remember looking at the clock was just before 6:00am, and when my alarm went off 20 minutes later it felt like I was sleeping deeply.
