Last night I went to bed later than usual, but I laid in bed for about half and hour before realising I was nowhere near tired enough to sleep.
I got up for about an hour and then came back to bed, but it still took me a little while to get properly to sleep. I slept through until about 6:30am, then I went straight back to sleep and woke up at 7:40am.
I think my sleeping pattern is slipping!
