Today I knew I was tired because I was being really grumpy with Yu Lee. In the end she told me to go to sleep!

I didn't set an alarm but I told Yu Lee to wake me up, and she came in about 2:30pm. I laid in bed for 15 minutes, drifting in and out and then logged the end of the sleep. It was about 3:00pm when I finally got out of bed.

I don't know why I'm finding it so hard to get up after me naps at the moment.
