I was pretty tired for this nap, and I fell asleep quickly. I set an alarm for 2.5 hours which is a bit longer than usual, and I woke up naturally after 2:15.
This was a good nap, but I really didn't feel like getting out of bed afterwards! I ended up laying in bed for a while before finally getting up and starting on the dinner...
