Today I set my alarm for 1.5 hours (2:05pm) and fell asleep pretty quickly. I woke up to my alarm, switched it off, thought "I'd better get up" and then fell straight back to sleep.
I woke up around 3:20pm and lay in bed for at least 15 minutes until the phone rang. I talked to one of my clients for a while and actually got out of bed at 4:00pm.
