Today a plumber came to our house to fix our shower and the flush on our downstairs toilet, so I couldn't take my nap at the normal time. When he left I felt pretty sleepy so I went to bed.

It took me a while to fall asleep, and I think this might be due to the fact that I'd had 3 cups of tea this morning. Once I did fall asleep I slept relatively lightly, and kept waking up cold.
