For my nap today I slept downstairs with ratty again. When I went downstairs she was pretty much asleep but she woke up a bit when I carried her downstairs.

I didn't feel that tired but I probably was because I fell asleep very quickly. I woke up at 2:00pm and went back to sleep again before finally waking up at half past.

When I woke up ratty started having convulsions, so I laid next to her until they stopped and carried her back upstairs.

This nap didn't feel that good, and it felt like my sleep quality was poor from laying on the sofa but I actually feel quite refreshed now.
