Last night it took me a little while to fall asleep, but I was asleep within 15 minutes. This is probably a good sign that I am getting enough sleep after changing my wake up time.
I slept solidly and woke up to my alarm and once again jumped out of bed to turn it off. It's not a pleasant way to be woken up and leaves me feeling a bit crappy, but it's the best way to shift my sleeping pattern back.
