This morning I had a very strange dream - I woke up feeling very scared and didn't want to get up for about half an hour because I was very unsettled. The weird thing is nothing even happened in my dream!

All I remember is seeing weird shapes and colours and thinking that I knew I was dreaming, and although nothing bad was happening I knew I was supposed to be having a bad dream. I thought "wow, this dream is supposed to be scary? I'm waking up before anything horrible happens" and woke up feeling really bad. In fact I haven't felt that scared since I used to have bad dreams as a kid!
