I had an extra long sleep last night to make up for my missed nap. I decided to sleep 7.5 hours from 10:00 until 5:30.
This morning I feel tired! I feel like I could have easily slept a few more hours, and I feel much more sleepy than usual.

I slept 7.5 hours last night, and I have felt alert all day. When I got in from work I tried to sleep but I couldn't, so I got up after 45 minutes...

I got up from my failed nap attempt, and I went straight into the other room to use the computer without getting dressed. After about 5 minutes I felt really cold so I jumped back in my bed to warm up.
I had no intention of sleeping, but I fell straight asleep and slept for an hour, and then woke up naturally.

Last night I went to bed at about 11:45pm, and I didn't get to sleep until after midnight.
I laid in bed for a while, but then I could hear some music playing from another house. It was quiet but really bassy and it was preventing me from falling asleep.
In the end I decided to put in my earplugs, and after that I fell asleep very quickly.
This morning I felt good when I woke up.
