Last night I went to bed at about 11:45pm, and I didn't get to sleep until after midnight.
I laid in bed for a while, but then I could hear some music playing from another house. It was quiet but really bassy and it was preventing me from falling asleep.
In the end I decided to put in my earplugs, and after that I fell asleep very quickly.
This morning I felt good when I woke up.

I didn't sleep at all
Today I was wide awake all day. When I got home I tried to sleep but I was nowhere near tired enough.
I think I have paid off my sleep debt now, and I will reduce my nightly sleeping hours again.

Yesterday I didn't manage to sleep for my nap, and then in the evening I went out for a language exchange and had a few beers. I went to bed around midnight, which felt quite late as I had been up since 5:30am.
This morning I am definitely more tired than usual, and I did feel like I had a very mild hangover. I remember fragments of a dream from last night.
