When you go to take a nap, especially when it is dark already, I would highly recommend actually setting the alarm!
I set the time for my alarm, settled down to sleep, and then woke up 8.5 hours later. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to actually turn it on. :-(
I feel like I have been asleep for quite a while, and I have a different kind of grogginess to usual. I really need to be more careful next time!

Yesterday I didn't really get a chance to have a nap. When I got home from my course I had dinner, and then a little while afterwards Yu Lee arrived to pick me up.
I was so tired when I got home at 10:00pm that I decided to go straight to bed.
I slept through solidly, and was dreaming when I woke up naturally this morning at 4:30. I did remember my dream at the time but I don't any more.
