Last night I went to bed 1.5 hours early as I was feeling tired and I wanted to feel alert for my course today.
This morning I actually woke up 4 minutes before my alarm went off! I think that means that 6 hours was about the right amount of time.
I do still feel slightly sleepy.

I didn't sleep at all
I was in a course today, and towards the end of it I was starting feel quite sleepy. Unfortunately, when I arrived back at Yu Lee's mum's place I wasn't so tired, and when I tried to sleep I couldn't.
I slept 6 hours last night which is probably why I wasn't tired this afternoon. I still need to learn how to deal more effectively with missed naps!

When you go to take a nap, especially when it is dark already, I would highly recommend actually setting the alarm!
I set the time for my alarm, settled down to sleep, and then woke up 8.5 hours later. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to actually turn it on. :-(
I feel like I have been asleep for quite a while, and I have a different kind of grogginess to usual. I really need to be more careful next time!
