Last night I was quite tired, but I didn't go to bed until just before 1:00. When I woke up this morning I really didn't feel like I wanted to get out of bed and I still feel a bit tired now.
I think maybe this is due to me drinking a couple of small beers with my dinner last night. It seems to me that alcohol reduces the quality of my sleep, so maybe I should go to bed a little bit earlier if I have drunk something alcoholic.

I felt tired this afternoon at work, and could have easily taken my nap at about 2:00pm. When I walked home, as usual I started to feel more alert.
When I got in my bed I fell asleep within minutes, and woke up about 5 minutes before my alarm went off. I felt refreshed.
