Last night I went to bed at 12:30am, but I didn't fall asleep until 1:00. I think, once again, this could be due to the amount of tea I drank.

I got up from my nap at about 6:30pm, and immediately had a cup of tea. Then, after my dinner at 8:00pm, I had another one. I thought that since I had a 5 hour gap that I could get away with it, but I had trouble sleeping again so maybe not.

My neighbours were playing music though, and I could still hear the bass line even with my earplugs in, so maybe that also had something to do with it.

This was another nap where I woke up confused!

My alarm went off after 2 hours, and I turned it off and then laid there for a while trying to work out what was going on. After about 30 seconds I realised that I didn't need to get up and go to work and that it was actually dinner time!

The weird thing is that waking up to the ipod is totally different to waking up to my vibrating alarm clock, but when I am half asleep things like this aren't do obvious...
