I went to bed just after midnight last night and fell asleep straight away. This morning I woke up feeling quite tired, and now it is an hour later and the feeling has persisted. I think this may be due to waking up later and waking up from the middle of a sleep cycle.

Today, I didn't feel the need to nap at all while I was at work, and when I came home I was not as tired as usual. I went for my nap anyway and fell asleep straight away.

I think I woke up about 10 minutes later, and then I had a period of falling asleep and waking up. In the end my alarm went off after 2 hours and I was definitely sleeping because I woke up for a dream. I actually felt like I could have slept for longer afterwards!
