I originally went to bed at 12:30am, but I actually found it quite difficult to sleep. Just after 1:00am I put in my earplugs as my neighbours had their tv quite loud and reset the timer, and fell asleep soon afterwards.

I'm not sure why I couldn't sleep, but think it might be because I had 3 cups of tea after my dinner. I remember thinking "What the hell? I'm always tired at night time", but I guess it was too much caffeine. Or maybe I just wasn't tired...

When I went for my nap today, I put in my ear plugs and set my alarm for 7pm.

I woke up naturally from a dream and looked at the clock and thought "Oh no it's 6:45 I must have overslept for an hour". Then I suddenly realised that it was 6:45pm and I was just waking up from a nap.

I feel refreshed.
