Last night it took me a little while to fall asleep, which is not surprising considering the amount of sleep I had yesterday! It wasn't frustrating though, and I felt nice and relaxed.

This morning wasn't the easiest it's ever been to get up. It seems that you can adjust to getting up later quite quickly!

I felt like I needed a nap at several points today between 2:00pm and getting home at 4:15pm. When I finally laid down for my nap I was definitely ready and I went straight to sleep.

When I woke up I felt like I could have slept a lot longer!
