I set my alarm to 5:30am to give me 4.5 hours asleep, but I woke up naturally just after 5:00am. I laid in bed for 5 minutes or so and then decided it's better to just get up than force myself to go back to sleep.
I'm not sure whether I woke up because I've had enough sleep, or because I'm used to the everyman 3.5 hour core. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see how tired I am today.

I wasn't 100% sure that I would be able to sleep for this one, as I didn't really feel tired, at least not compared to the past couple of weeks. In the end I fell asleep after a few minutes.
I woke up about half way through this nap - it was either after half an hour or an hour. I did look at the timer and try to work it out but I was half asleep. After that I closed my eyes for what seemed like a second and then my alarm clock was going off.
Afterwards I had a groggy but nice feeling, and felt like I had been asleep for hours.
