I had to interview someone at work today at 3:00, so I was worried it would overrun and I would be late home, but in the end the interview finished dead on 4:00 and I was home at the normal time for my nap.

I didn't feel like I would fall asleep quickly as my mind was still quite active, but I think I must have fallen asleep in about 10 minutes or so. I woke up when Yu Lee came home at about 5:45, and properly woke up 10 minutes later when she got in bed with me to nap too, so we both got up.

This was a bit of a short nap and I felt like I could have done with a bit more sleep.
