When you go to take a nap, especially when it is dark already, I would highly recommend actually setting the alarm!

I set the time for my alarm, settled down to sleep, and then woke up 8.5 hours later. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to actually turn it on. :-(

I feel like I have been asleep for quite a while, and I have a different kind of grogginess to usual. I really need to be more careful next time!
