Last night I felt a lot less tired after my nap, but was still slightly drowsy throughout the evening. I think this is because I had a couple of beers at lunch time, and alcohol has a negative impact on the quality of my sleep, so my nap wasn't as good as usual.

I had no problem staying up until just before 1:00 so I went to bed at the normal time, and I fell asleep pretty much straight away.

This morning I either woke up before the alarm or dreamt that I did, as I remember looking at the clock and it was not 5:00am yet. The next thing I remember is waking up to the alarm, so maybe I was dreaming but I don't really know.
